We love to see our fabrics and products in the wild! Recently Ashley Bonser used our Indian block printed cotton fabric for a sewing pattern testing project she was making.
Ashley who hails from Western Australia showcases her sewing creations on her Instagram account. Her approach to sewing is slow and sustainable, often using gifted fabrics and recycling thrifted garments – as well as some new fabric purchases!
Ashley used our 100% Indian cotton block printed fabric and sent us some kind feedback about the fabric.
I was recently given the opportunity to try your wonderfully handprinted fabric for myself. I thought I would send a quick email to tell you how delightful it was to work with your fabric!
It is wonderfully soft, and the organic-ness of the handprinted patterns is gorgeous! I used the generous amount you gave me to complete a pattern test for @slowmorning.studio and it was the perfect match. My resulting make is a stunning yet comfortable 70’s inspired gown that I can’t wait to take on vacation with me next month!
